Our quilt group has a challenge this year – see how many UFO’s (un-finished objects) you can complete. You know, those projects stuffed into bags sitting in the corners of your creative space…
Anyway, I pulled out several of those bags recently and began mindless sewing. Just putting things together. Then after a while, I was able to look at the composition and create the Little Girl Coral quilt above! It has some ruffles sewn into some of the seams, several stray quilt blocks in it, and I like that a common quilting pattern is undetectable.
It still needs to be quilted, and I am open to any suggestions as to what would enhance it.
