At quilt retreat, I worked on this circle quilt and thought I was done. Not so. I put it on my queen bed & it needed another row on each side. So this weekend I dug out the scraps and began cutting more circles. This is the work in progress on the floor of my studio. Yesterday afternoon was spent placing them and beginning to sew them together. Sewing on my new Bernina is wonderful!
This afternoon, I am headed to the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Show in Knoxville. This will be my first quilt show & market and I am super excited! I’ll be rooming with 4 other gals from my quilt group and then shopping & quilt gazing all day tomorrow. Anyone out there going? I’d love to meet up with you!
